Return policy
Our goal is for every customer to be totally satisfied with their purchase. If this isn't the case, let us know and we'll do our best to work with you to make it right.
We ask that you return the item within 14 days. To do so, please email us using the form on our contact page.
We must receive orders in the same condition as it was received by you. We can't make a refund for goods which have been laundered, stained by make-up, deodorant or perfumes whilst being tried on or have been damaged by you after receipt.
In the unlikely event that your Chalkland item arrives faulty, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us immediately (within 48 hours of receipt if possible) with details and photographic evidence. We will arrange a free return or exchange and cover all associated shipping costs.
Your refund will be credited in the same manner and to the same account used to make the original purchase.
At the moment we do not provide return labels (we are still a very small brand).
Shipping information
Because each Chalkland item is made especially for you once you place your order, there's a short production period of 2-7 business days before shipping. Once dispatched, UK orders typically arrive
within 3-5 business days. International orders will take longer. If your order is time critical please feel free to contact us before hand to ensure it arrives by the desired date.

Custom orders
We love bringing your ideas to life! We're happy to accept custom orders, whether it's a bespoke design for your club, a special event, or a personal touch on our existing apparel. Get in touch via our contact page to chat about your vision and how we can create something special, just for you.
Gift receipts
We don't include any pricing or order information inside of our packages so that they can be sent directly as a gift.
Payment methods
We accept credit cards and debit card payments via Shopify. To see their full Terms & Conditions Click Here. We also accept credit & debit card payments via PayPal. You can also choose to use your PayPal account to make a payment. You can chose to pay using your Google Pay. We do NOT store credit/debit card numbers, nor do we share customer details with any 3rd parties.
