Why organic cotton

Almost all Chalkland clothing is made with 100% organic cotton, certified by GOTS. This means farming methods are better for ecosystems, encouraging biodiversity without toxic pesticides or fertilisers. Our cotton is primarily sourced from regions like Bangladesh, where it's grown with sustainable practices that often rely on natural rainfall, ensuring a truly sustainable crop that feels extra soft. Additionally, to broaden our commitment to circularity, we also incorporate recycled polyester into some of our products.

Made to order

Mass production often leads to mass waste. To combat this, our products are printed on demand, only after you place your order. This approach significantly reduces overproduction and unnecessary waste, saving transport costs and lowering emissions by shipping directly to you.

Eco-friendly Inks 

We use cutting-edge, water-based inks for all our designs. These inks are free from harmful chemicals and are OEKO-TEX® certified, ensuring they are safe for both you and the environment. This significantly reduces our impact compared to traditional, chemical-heavy printing processes.
